Emily only takes on a few new clients monthly so a meet and greet phone call is required to make sure you are both the right fit.

The workouts will be either for the gym or at home. If you are working out from home I encourage you to get a set of dumbbells, booty bands, and resistance tubes.

Yes, absolutely. Once you have finished your minimum 3 months, we can move to month to month payments!
