You’ll receive a personalized nutrition plan and weekly check-ins to adjust your program as needed. In addition, Empower includes access to a community group, weekly phone or Zoom calls with Emily for more in-depth support, and a helpful dining out guide.
This option requires a minimum three-month commitment and is priced at $350 per month or $945 upfront for three months.

Elevate is the ultimate VIP coaching experience for women who want a truly personalized and high-touch program.
It includes everything in the Empower option—app access, a custom training program (home or gym, beginner to intermediate), a personalized nutrition plan, weekly check-ins with adjustments, access to the community group, weekly Zoom or phone calls with Emily, and a dining out guide.
