All 1 on 1 personal training sessions are at Emily’s gym, West Coast Iron in Port Coquitlam.
Emily only takes on a few new clients monthly so a meet and greet phone call is required to make sure you are both the right fit.
5- 1 hour sessions for $475
20- 1 hour sessions for $1800
30- 1 hour sessions for $2550
** 20 & 30 session packages can be split up into 3 payments**
Each training package includes a 30 minute phone nutrition consultation with Emily
