4 Delicious & Easy Ways to Use Protein Powder

One of the most common struggles I see with my clients is getting enough daily protein—especially when life gets busy and cravings hit hard. That’s where protein powder can be a total game-changer. It’s quick, versatile, and can satisfy that sweet tooth without sabotaging your goals. 🙌

If you’re looking for fun and delicious ways to incorporate more protein into your day, here are 4 of my favorite go-to recipes:

1. 🍦 Protein Popsicles

A refreshing high-protein treat—perfect for summer or post-workout!

Blend together:

• 1 scoop of your fave protein powder

• 1.5 cups lactose-free milk (almond, cashew, coconut, etc.)

• Optional add-ins: sweetener, cinnamon, or unsweetened cocoa powder for extra flavor

How to:

Blend everything until smooth, pour into popsicle molds, freeze, and enjoy!

2. 🍫 Chocolate Protein Pudding

Creamy, chocolatey, and packed with protein. My personal fave!

How to:

• Add 1 tbsp natural nut butter to a microwave-safe bowl

• Cover with a bit of water and microwave for 1 minute

• Stir in 1 scoop chocolate protein powder, 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder, and a touch of sweetener for that extra sweetness

Mix it up until smooth and dig in!

3. 🥣 Pro Oats

Simple. Filling. Customizable. These oats keep you full and fueled.

How to:

• Cook your usual portion of oats

• Mix in your choice of protein powder

• Top with your faves: berries, nut butter, flax seeds, chia seeds, nuts—you name it!

It’s a cozy, satisfying breakfast that hits the spot every time.

4. 🍨 Protein Frozen Yogurt

Creamy, salty-sweet, and so good you’ll forget it’s healthy.

Mix together:

• 1 scoop protein powder

• 1.5 cups lactose-free Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt

• 1 tbsp natural nut butter

• A pinch of sea salt and sweetener to taste

Freeze for 1–2 hours and enjoy your high-protein fro-yo!
